I'm writing to express my complete satisfaction with your service. From the moment I initially contacted your business right through to the finished product, I have been completely satisfied.
Originally, I had contacted another tinting company but when they did not return my email, I Googled the service and Portland Tinting was listed. I emailed your service department and someone there promptly contacted me and was very helpful. When I went to have my windows tinted on July 10th, Adam made me feel at home touting the best waiting area in the business. He was right. TV, comfortable couch, bottled water and products in the showroom that enticed me to inquire of conducting even more business with Portland Tint. Adam explained the process and even convinced me to purchase more than I had anticipated; and I am very pleased. I wasn't entirely sure whether or not to go with the sun strip on the windshield, but now that it's done, I really like it and am glad he suggested it. As you will note in my email below, on July 6th I had indicated that I would opt out of the sun strip. Adam demonstrated to me a vehicle in the parking lot so I could see what it would look like. I really felt the tinting service to my truck was catered and specialized.
My tinting work was done sooner than scheduled and I was on my way well within the time frame originally allotted. The tinting looks great and I really like the experience it created inside the cab. I cannot say enough positive about my experience and will absolutely recommend Portland Tint to everyone. Well done!!!
